Express Entry

By registering early you will qualify for express entry into the event.

Please call our office at 800-243-1056 to register for the days you wish to attend the rally and to make your payment. Payment must be made in full before sending the express entry form. After making full payment, fill out the form (click here for form) and return the signed form to the address provided on the form. Please print one form for each person attending the rally.

Once we have received full payment and the completed form, we will send you your express entry pass. You must bring this pass with you to the rally. Upon arrival at the rally, you will see a gate that is clearly marked for express entry only. You must present your express entry pass to the gate attendant and show your driver's license. Your driver's license must match the name on the express entry pass and you must be at least 21 years old. The gate attendant will verify the information, put the security wrist band on your wrist, and then someone will escort you to your camping or full hook up site. If you are staying in a cabin, you will be escorted to the campground office to get your keys.

If you are arriving with friends who have not registered, only you may use the express entry gate. All others must proceed to the general admissions gate where their registration forms and driver's license will be verified.

Once you have registered and received your security wrist band, you may use the express entry gate to leave and re-enter the rally. The express entry gate will be closed daily at 9:00 PM. After that time you must use the general admissions gate.

We kindly ask that you do not wear your colors or bring weapons of any sort including guns or knives. We also ask that you leave any attitudes that you might have at home. This is a major party where the only agenda is to have a really great time. We have enjoyed hosting this rally over that past two years and are confident that this year will be even more fun.
